Raymond Hoffman recently completed his Business Management diploma at UniCollege. Here’s his inspiring story…
“I had to make the decision to either get a job in the city or to start my own business so that I could enjoy country living and pursue an outdoor lifestyle. It was an easy decision for me. I did an apprenticeship in Taxidermy and once completed, started my own business and haven’t looked back.
My business, Cradle of Man Taxidermy, runs from a 600m² studio which took 6 solid months of building and renovating to get it operational. I’m proud to say that my business meets government standards for import/export and currently I’m processing up to 1 500 trophies per season. I’ve recently expanded my business and started an exotic leather export company exporting leather products into Europe, marking a big step to future growth and integration into the industry.
I commend UniCollege for their part in getting me to where I am today.
