Executive Personal Assistant

PART TIME

Get the confidence and skills to succeed in the varied and busy role of an Executive Personal Assistant (PA). You will learn how to perform general office administration functions, make appointments, organise and manage meetings and events, make travel arrangements and use the computer effectively in carrying out your duties.

You will also learn how to deal professionally with management, customers and suppliers.

  • Knowledge, comprehension and application of English at Grade 10 or equivalent
  • Basic computer and keyboard skills (including Windows, Word and Excel basics) or completion of the UniCollege Programme in Computer Skills for Windows & Office
  • Those who thrive when working under pressure and have good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Those who want a career as an Executive PA or management assistant

  • Understanding the business and office environment

Travel arrangements & event organisation

  • Planning and organising a travel itinerary
  • Making car rental, hotel and flight bookings

  • Event etiquette – do’s and don’ts

Microsoft Office & Touch Typing

  • Touch typing: keyboard skills, speed and accuracy
  • MS Windows

Upon successful completion of the programme and internal assessments, learners will be awarded:
