Phone calls, meetings, projects…just too much to do! Spoil yourself for a morning of pampering at the Attitude Spa, a complete training workshop for better stress management, improved self-esteem and techniques for staying positive at work.

This workshop runs from 8.30-12.30pm on a Saturday morning.
